Community Health Improvement Planning Workshop hosted by the Summit County Health Department from 9:00 – 4:00 PM.
Community partners and stakeholders will discuss the 2024 Community Health Assessment report to help
identify public health priorities and co- create goals and objectives for a healthier community.
