Get outside, get moving, and boost your health with the best form of medicine—nature! Participate in Park Rx Utah’s Summit County Challenge—happening April 10-17, 2025!
Research has shown that spending 20-30 minutes outdoors lowers stress levels and elevates your mood. This isn’t just a walk in the park, it’s a prescription for a healthier and happier you!
How to participate in the 2025 Park Rx challenge:
- Download the Goosechase App and create a login.
- Enter RC2Y2P in the game code bar to find the Wasatch/Summit challenge. (The first set of missions will go live on April 10)
- Create a team or join a friend’s group.
- Participate in the outdoor challenge to earn points and receive a prize.

About Park Rx: Park Rx Utah improves the physical, social, and mental health of its participants through outdoor physical activity. It connects Utahns to parks and other outdoor green spaces.
