Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Board of Health (“Board”) in accordance with UCA §26A-1-121, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding proposed changes to the Public Health Fee Schedule. The public hearing will be held:

The Board seeks comment by members of the public on its proposed changes to the Fee Schedule. Public comment will be open until 5 p.m. on Thursday, December 3.

Comments must be postmarked or received at the Summit County Health Department by 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time on Thursday, December 3, 2020. Comments may be emailed to dsiddoway@summitcounty.org.
