This week with sit down with Summit County Health Department Nursing Director Carolyn Rose to discuss the importance of mammograms and breast cancer screening. Although 72 percent of women 40 and older in Summit County received a mammogram in the last two years, our goal will always be 100 percent. Other areas covered in this episode include the common reasons women procrastinate getting mammograms and the myths surrounding the screening process.
