8:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

• Cost of flu shot: $25

• Adults 65 & older: High Dose Flu Shots and Pneumonia Vaccines are available.

• The Summit County Health Department is a VFC Provider and bills Medicare, Medicaid and some insurance companies. Please bring your insurance/Medicare card to the clinic.
